Gavran Release Show w/ lijkschouwer + Throwing Bricks

Dutch doom/sludge band Gavran returns with “Indistinct Beacon” as their follow up to their hard hitting debut “Still Unavailing”. With the support of Tim de Gieter (Amenra, Doodseskader) and Jack Shirley (Deafheaven, Oathbreaker,…) the band shows a more melodic side on their second full length without losing the impact of their first record. Drawing from many related genres, the band seamlessly combines elements from doom, sludge, shoegaze and post-rock. For the release show Gavran has invited black/death-sludge formation Lijkschouwer from Rotterdam and sludge icons Throwing Bricks from Utrecht. Both bands have just released an amazing new album, we hear promises of a great evening.
