Kossa Kossa is passionate about the rhythmic and melodic connections between Africa and the African diaspora. Kossa Kossa is groovy, warm, and vibey; we showcase the richness and depth of Black music from around the world. We blend live music and storytelling with electronic sounds to create an experience that celebrates our rich cultural connections. Join us on a journey through the sounds of the motherland and her diaspora.

Kossa Kossa is a harmonious fusion of a jam session and a communal space. Musicians, music enthusiasts, and creative souls come together to experience, create, and celebrate Afro music. The event is organized and curated by Kay Slice, alongside the Kossa Kossa band—a culturally diverse mix of self-taught and trained musicians.

Expect a mix of new compositions, rediscovered classics, and spontaneous improvisations. We set aside the daily hustle and embrace the power of the present.
