V11 x BIRD presents: Caoilfhionn Rose

Caoilfhionn Rose (pronounced Keelin Rose) is the newest prodigy on the label of UK nu-jazz star Matthew Halsall. Her music is like a celestial body on a clear night. It enchants and leaves you mesmerized. Her soft melodies and warm sounds are reminiscent of folk music legends from the past. Yet her music is anything but old-fashioned. by working with a combination of traditional and electronic instruments she manages to build a breathtaking bridge between the past and present. In her latest album, which was released on May 24, 2024, she explored the experiment even further than before. It resulted in a mature album that has a healing effect.

On September 22 she will perform her natural sounds in the belly of V11. The ideal place for a modest set like this. This show was created through a collaboration between V11 and BIRD.
